Peserta didik yang memiliki bakat dalam bidang akademik tertentu bisa mengikuti klub belajar. Dalam klub belajar akan mendapatkan fasilitas yang lebih dari teman-temannya yang tidak mengikuti klub. Fasilitas tersebut berupa pembinaan oleh alumni, guru, dan pembina khusus klub dari guru bidang studi dan dosen. SMAN 4 Denpasar memiliki 11 klub belajar diantaranya Klub Biologi, Fisika, Matematika, Kimia, Astronomi, Komputer, Ekonomi, Geografi dan Kebumian, Bahasa Inggris, Bahasa Jerman, dan Klub Bahasa Jepang.

Earth Science club, better known as "Kebumian" is one of the new club was founded about 3 years ago by Mr. I Made Suweca. In this club, the members learn more about the concept of geology, oceanography, meteorology, geophysics, and climatology.

Club activities are held every Saturday from 15:00 pm until 16:30 pm.

Is one club in Foursma that study of Economy and accounting. Foursma Economy Club has 2 teacher such as Mr. Ketut Widiada who teachs accounting and Mr. Dewa Sujana who teachs economy. Foursma Economy Club still exist because this club has many achievements at province competition and national competition such as Silver Medal on OSN 2010 and other achievements at other province.
